Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) registered their first win after 4 consecutive defeats. 

The team defeated Punjab Kings (PBKS) by 5 wickets in the 21st match of the IPL 2021 season. 

The KKR team reached number 5 in the points table with the second win in 6 matches. Before the match, the team was the last, ie number 8.
